The Holmes Community College Fitness Center on the Ridgeland Campus supports students, faculty, and staff daily. It features machine weights, cardiovascular machines, group classes, and an indoor therapy pool.
Membership Rates:

Free to students! Cost is included in tuition and fees.
Holmes CC Alumni, Retirees & Foundation*
$20 per month/member. *Must provide proof. Contact Center Director for more information.

$45 per month/person
All memberships are paid on a month-to-month basis with no joining fee or contract!

The Holmes Community College HealthPlex in Kosciusko supports daily use by students, faculty, staff and the general public. It features machine weights and cardiovascular machines.
A Pilates class is held on Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 8:30-9:30 a.m.
New Spin class is offered on Tuesday and Thursdays from 8:30 a.m. – 9:15 a.m. and Thursday afternoons from 4:00 p.m. – 4:45pm.
Classes are included with your membership.
All members will be required to fill out an application. You must bring a current ID and Holmes staff members and students are asked to bring their Holmes ID.
Equipment
The HealthPlex has treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes (recumbent and upright), stairclimber, arc trainer, and water rowing machines. Everything you need for your cardio training sessions. We have every weight machine almost you would need for your light to heavy training. We have the squat racks and smith machine for our heavy lifters. We have a complete dumbbell rack with weights ranging from 5-120 lbs. We have a new turf area with a sled to push, battle ropes, and plenty of space to use steps and medicine balls for your every training need. Spin bikes are NEW! 70 inch TV in the room to use for an app guided lesson when lessons are not being held. We have the balance balls, resistance bands, and small dumbbells you need to be well rounded in your training sessions. Mats are available for your use as needed.

Grenada Campus Walking Trail
The Holmes Community College Walking Trail on the Grenada Campus supports daily use by students, faculty, staff and the general public. The trail is lit and is just under a half a mile long.
