Duties/Types of Employers
Assists a physical therapist (PT) and performs delegated procedures independently under the direction and supervision of a PT. PTAs may work in hospitals, rehabilitation centers, outpatient rehabilitation clinics, home health agencies, nursing homes, schools, colleges, etc.
