Ordering a Holmes Transcript
If you are a current student, please request your official transcript through your MyHolmes account.
- Login to your MyHolmes account
- Click on the Main Menu icon (3 lines) in the upper left-hand corner
- Click on “Student/Library”
- Under “Student Links,” click on “Request Holmes Transcript”

Important Notes about Transcript Requests:
- Charges for student transcript processing will be incurred immediately upon the submitted request, even for students with holds on their accounts.
- Charge amounts:
- Transcript Request: $8*
- Third Party Transcript Request: $15*
- Mail requests incur an additional charge for shipping.
- *Applicable sales tax will be added beginning on January 6th, 2025 (see last note in this section).
- The “Send Now” option includes courses in progress.
- The “Hold for Grades” and “Hold for Degree” options are for the current semester only, and transcripts requested with these options will be sent after grades and degrees have been fully processed for the current semester.
- Current Dual Enrollment students should not submit transcript requests. Transcripts for Dual Enrollment students cannot be sent until the Holmes Admissions Office has received the students’ final, official high school transcript.
- Holmes Community College provides free transcripts to foster care children and children placed in the legal custody of the Mississippi Department of Child Protection Services that are under the age of 21. For assistance with this service, please contact the Admissions and Records Office at admissions@holmescc.edu.
- *Sales Tax Update on Credential Requests from Parchment:
- Starting January 6th, 2025, sales tax will be collected on certain document requests, including transcripts and diplomas, in compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws. This change may affect the total cost of your request based on various factors such as document type, delivery method, and location. Before completing your order, you will see a breakdown of all charges, including any applicable taxes, to ensure total transparency.
